How do I exchange a Met ticket?

To request an exchange, please call Met Customer Care at 212.362. 6000, Monday through Friday, 10 AM–6 PM. Ticket donations must be received prior to the performance. Once your donated tickets are received by the Met, a tax receipt will be mailed to you approximately four weeks after the performance date.

Can you screenshot MLB tickets?

No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for entry to Nationals games at Nationals Park. Tickets purchased directly from the Nationals must be presented within the MLB Ballpark app. Fans may be asked to “refresh” their ticket in the MLB Ballpark app in order to prove it is valid.
