Please wear leggings, yoga pants, or other tightly fitting long pants to protect the backs of your legs and knees. We also do not recommend loose shirts as they will likely fall over your face. No jewelry – please remove rings, bracelets, necklaces, and dangling earrings prior to the start of class.
