Can you watch different channels with Sky multiroom?

With the introduction of Sky Q Multiscreen (and ensuing demise of Sky Multiroom), Sky finally makes it possible to watch different TV channels in different rooms in the house, all at the same time.

How can I watch Sky Q in another room for free?

You can do so in four easy steps:

1. Take the HDMI Converter and connect it to your Sky Box (backside)
2. Next, on the backside of the converter, attach the HDMI cables of your next TV.
3. Plug the converter into the mains.
4. Check both TVs and enjoy!

Do I need Sky multiscreen for sky go?

Can I watch 2 Sky Q mini boxes at the same time?

All the latest Q boxes allow the simultaneous use of two minis for Q viewing. The original 1 TB non UHD box only allows one mini. However if any minis are already up and running Netflix then they will not be counted in the above simultaneous use.
